Almost anything you can sit on you can call a stool.
I decided to use a sheet metal bucket, because it improves asthetic value with every dent and scratch. Changes in small details transformed the bucket into an adequate stool: the handles, with their polyurethane covering, are now scratch protectors on the floor.
